Editing patiently, slowly if necessary to avoid discouraging others
A recent edit to this page deleted all that was there previously. I don't want to sound too precious or defensive about this, but generally that sort of editing can be destructive and discourage involvement, (arguably that sort of editing contributed to the Defra wiki experiment not going well).
